Cost includes food, drinks, 2 chase boats, and walk in freezer storage. Airfare, ground transportation, hotel stay over not included.

Please note that wine, beer, liquor and gratuities are not included. I would also need to know of any special dietary requirements in advance so that we can make the necessary arrangements.

Plan on arriving a day early, and staying over at one of La Paz's many hotels, following the same course for departure back to the US.

Aero California flies out of LAX to La Paz daily, most flights down and back have one stop on the mainland. Check their web site for specials, you can purchase an open ticket to La Paz for less than $300 on sale.

Items to bring: All your usual dive gear, at least two extra shafts and tips, sunscreen, a hat, any medications you might need, passport, travelers checks, and personal items. Weight will be provided, if you want to bring your own belt you can.

Expect variable water temps ( depending on location and the year ) in the 80's. The majority of divers wear a 3mm one or two piece suit here. In 2003 I used a 1.5 mm suit with a 3mm hooded vest underneath and was quite comfortable.

Rig for big fish. Large (100 pound or more) tuna, amberjack, wahoo, grouper, and marlin have all been taken here. Even some of the smaller bottom fish can destroy gear. Returning home with fish if you desire is almost 100% guaranteed, a folding cooler is your best bet as the airlines are pretty brutal about charging for oversize luggage these days.

Reservations are on a first come, first served basis.
